Pre-ordering factions - Guild Wars Forums

Hey, do you get the preorder pack right when you preorder the game at the store or will the give it to you later when factions come out?
I preordered my expansion yesturday at my local game store and they didn't give me anything so I'm just a tad confused. I'm just hoping that I'll get those cool new unlimited weapons for the ritualist and assasin ^^".

some places will 'package' the factions preorder, and the factions preorder package (different) and some wont. Meaning sometimes they are together but usually not it seems. The preorder package (with the keys and preorder items) is 5 or 10 bucks by itself and preordering the game itself has no items as far as I know. Sounds like you preordered the game (I hope - and not get ripped off) and not the preorder package. I'm gonna preorder the game for example (already got the package for 1 day early access key mostly) and might pick up another key (I have 2 accts) on release from NCsoft online.

I had the same problem I went to the store (Gamestop) and pre-ordered it and they did'nt ever give me the bonus so I called about 3-5 days later and they said that they had it so I went back into the store and they gave it to me. The problem was that when I went to pre order they had'nt gotten the bonus package in and if you have already ordered it and did'nt get it you can just walk right in and they will hand it to you just say that they must of not have it in
